While doing humanitarian work in Central America Milton Chicas founder of KAIM Consulting had first-hand experience with empowering rural communities and individuals to start small businesses that benefitted themselves and their communities.
Now a naturalized American citizen, Chicas continues to assist emerging companies to reach their goals and maximize their potential. With a deep understanding of Concrete Construction, Project Management, and Workforce Development the goal now is to promote business growth, maximized profits, educational opportunities, and self-sustainability.

The “Apprenticeships for All” campaign is intended to promote the use of apprenticeships not only by large and medium-sized businesses but also for the small startups and disadvantaged enterprises in need of fulfilling their job and career openings.
